Your responsibilities
You will accompany and support families in stressful life situations using a family therapy, systemically oriented approach. You will build strong relationships with children, young people and their support networks, promote parenting skills, provide advice in parenting and crisis situations, and support the development of stable family structures. In addition, you will work closely with our multi-professional team and actively contribute your professional perspective to case conferences and treatment processes.

Requirements:

• Completed degree in social pedagogy, social work, education, educational sciences or comparable qualification
• Qualification as a systemic family therapist (completed or in advanced training)
• Experience in working with families, ideally in a clinical or psychosocial context
• Sensitivity to family dynamics and enjoyment of relationship-oriented, resource-activating work

Your Role
