Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities
As a new member of our patient management team, you will handle telephone and email enquiries. Your duties include providing empathetic and competent advice to our patients – from initial contact, through their stay, to discharge – as well as communicating with insurance providers and coordinating internally. For example, you will prepare cost estimates, keep track of funding approvals from insurers, arrange admission dates and carry out patient admissions.
In addition, general administrative tasks are part of your role. These include, in particular, supporting the clinic management with day-to-day matters, data protection, the preparation of statistics, and the filing and organisation of documents.
What would we like?
• A completed qualification as a healthcare management assistant (Kauffrau/-mann im Gesundheitswesen), medical assistant (Medizinische/r Fachangestellte/r) or a comparable qualification
• Experience in patient management and in liaising with health insurers is an advantage
• Team spirit, a sense of responsibility and openness to multi-professional collaboration
• Empathy, patience and strong communication skills

• Confident handling of Word and Excel
